If you've searched for your address and you can't find it, it could be that it’s missing from the Royal Mail database. To update your address simply head to the Royal Mail website where they can update your address. - (https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode)

Once you’ve submitted your form your address will be added to the Post Office records within 7 days and then sent to Openreach to confirm whether they can provide a line to your home. After this, you’ll be able to sign up with us.

If you’ve moved into a new build property, you may need to get in touch with Openreach, City Fibre or other alternative network (for instance Community Fibre or Freedom Fibre) so they can update their records.
